Our classes are pathways for all fitness levels.


Our foundations program, allows members of all fitness levels the ability to learn technique and the knowledge to be able to perform and excel in our group classes. By claiming our free intro class, you will get a glimpse into our foundations program!



In our fun and friendly environment, our group classes provides a high intensity, interval workout for all fitness levels. We have a new workout everyday and we challenege our members to push past their limits.



We have a weekly group run on Wednesdays at 7:00 pm! We invite any ability and typically go to about 3.5 to 4 miles with an option to add-on an additional 1-2 miles by the end of the route. Our run club offers a relaxed social atmosphere! We typically hang out a bit afterwards and do 15 minutes of core / strength exercises afterwards.

Every year, we host several seminars, covering everything from weight loss and nutrition through to mobility and weightlifting techniques. Come along and gain the skills you need to succeed in your health and fitness journey.



Our open gyms are a great opportunity for our members to get some extra work in, individually. Whether you missed a class and still want to hit the workout, or you are just looking to for some extra time to sharpen your fitness, our open gym is the perfect time!
